This is my second time experienced, as freelancer it's better to look for other online bank to use instead of geegpay, Thought I've been using geegpay for a while suddenly they just changed to bad team ever, recently withdraw 500 Usd from PayPal to my geegpay Bank it normally take 10 to 24 hours working days to receive the fund on geegpay, exactly the Time I suppose to receive the money on geegpay they just say my account suspended, it's fine may be they observed anything wrong I just try to reach support on live chat imagine they keep reading my message without any reply, I mail them on Gmail no any response as well, more than 50 message on live chart they read it and they decided not reply while my money have left PayPal and was supposed to deposit on geegpay, all my balance is showing zero even including some Naira I left there evertyting is showing zero and support decided not reply and they keep reading my message without single response, my 500 Usd not move back to PayPal at same time I don't see it on geegpay including some cash I left on geegpay Guys run for your live don't trust those Africa company, I don't think Africa can change for better.
This is my first experience with Geegpay. I expected a fast Verification/KYC process especially as they have Veriff integrated. It’s been 48 hours now and my verification is still pending and customer support does not respond. For a first time user, it’s not a nice experience.I do not have a Ranest ID as of now. I just have my email.
Geegpay is very unserious and cannot be relied upon sincerely, Thank God they are not the only merchant providing such services, I feel so sorry for whoever trust them really.I can't believe that after sending them a mail, they said the matter has been escalated and there email is as follows. Do well to let us know if there's anything more we can do for you 🙂.Meanwhile this is for a newly created account that has never been used, no reason given whatsoever than the fact that they can discontinue their service which makes me question their authenticity, I am just glad I did not put send any money to their account because that's how they will run away with the money based on discretion, so funny. I even wrote them to help delete my information but up until now, no reply and they did not delete my information and it is really infuriating since last year.Please beware!
Very unreliable.Haven't been able to make withdrawals since yesterday.Shoulda seen this coming when their prepaid cards suddenly stopped working.I also can't log in on desktop because I'm unable to reset my password. Password reset email just doesn't come through.Intending-user beware!!!------------------------------------------And no, your technical team has NOT resolved the issue. That is totally false assertion on your part. My Raenest ID is abinag3760 ; you can check that for yourself. I used Payoneer for years and there was not one glitch. Not one. Of course I regret using such a terrible service as yours. Never again and everyone reading this should BEWARE!!!
They have lost standard!!! For 15hrs I’ve been waiting for the money I sent from my geegpay naira wallet to my Nigerian bank account to be credited to my bank account. Lo and behold it’s still processing on the geegpay dashboard. It’s criminal. For 15hrs a naira transaction has been processing. On a week day for that matter.
Please stay away from Geegpay, they’re now frauds and thieves. They will never respond to your messages. In fact they’ve blocked all avenue of complaints on social media so that new customers won’t see how old customers are dragging them on social media. They’ve turned off all their comments. If you’re a new customer considering geegpay, run for your life! Don’t waste your money. I sent a payment to my Nigerian bank account from geegpay 10hours ago. It’s been processing since, money didn’t ever get to me. It has never happened like that before. It’s just fishy the way they’ve turned off all comments on twitter and IG and they are not responding on FB either. Stay away before they steal your money.
Hi gpay I can't login into my account since yesterday , before then I couldn't make transfer,I sent an email on that still waiting to get your resolution response.As of now I can't access my account keep saying unable to process this request, please treat with urgency.
