I don't know much about them yet, Though my friend that introduced me has never actually complained. I tried registration but unfortunately for me my registration has been under review for more than 24hrs now. I don't know the reason for the delay
Geegpay is a scam banking platform owned by Raenest, they make you trust them but once you have a large sum of money in their account they will block you and act like they don’t know what’s happening telling you to login when you are not able to! I have screenshots of proof of their customer service reply and the problem I’m facing with them right now. They use people’s money to fund their platform and blame it on “internal server error” that they claim to know nothing about
Update: KYC has been approved. Please work on your customer support. I give a 3-star because if the negative response especially those with funds issue and unexpected account suspension. Nevertheless, I like geegpay and I'm sure they'll be a great platform if they upgrade their customers support.
Card disappointedMy geegpay USD card was disappointed with 13$ on it and over a month now I have sending mail to their customers care no response, seriously this is so bad of you, If you know you can't manage large number of user kindly stop accepting users and message your user to withdraw their money. why Geegpay withhold funds meant for virtual card topp for over48hours now without a valid reason? not even replying to my numerous mails.i made topup of naira equivalent N70,000 regarldless of the high charges, naira value moved but topup not showing up on my card.after several emails support hasnt responded even for once, is this not enough to tag scam?
