I had a big problem with my computer logging on to the internet. Technician Andrew Green took the time to walk me though the problems and the reason for the issues. After taking the time to explain everything he took the time to explain how to correct the issue and the difference in protection on the market. He completed repairs, his service was outstanding and the system which was installed is great. I look forward to hearing from him in the future, with now computer issue.
