I'm right and wrong both. I've been using this app for a few months now and I've had nothing but a positive experience in terms of functionality and overall customer support.For some reason, I decided to pause my store, and my billing cycle for the app was starting on the 1st of January I decided to downgrade the plan to free as it doesn't make sense to pay for something I'm not going to use. I was charged for a full month even though I downgraded my plan on the 1st day I've been going back and forth with their team but they will just not issue a refund.
