I am extremely disappointed with Zara. I purchased a pair of trousers at a Zara store in Argentina, and they fell apart almost immediately due to a clear manufacturing defect (material failure).
Since I had to travel back home to Europe, I tried to resolve this via Zara Argentina’s official support channels. I contacted them multiple times via Chat and Instagram (I have all the screenshots as proof). The result? Zero help. They are completely ignoring my consumer rights and refusing to take responsibility for their poor-quality products.
Local stores in Europe won't help because it’s an international purchase, and the Argentinian support is a dead end. This is a total scam. I have the bank statement and photos of the defective item, but Zara simply doesn’t care about their customers once they have their money.
Fix this! I expect a refund or a voucher for this faulty product.

If I could post a pictures in here that WOULD be great. My husband bought recently 3 pairs of trousers in ZARA ,ALL OF THEM ARE 2-3 INCH ONE LEG SHORTER THAN ANOTHER, AND ONE PAIR BACK STICHES ARE CROSSED THE LEG, IT IS EVEN HARD TO EXPLAIN. I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW THIS CLOTHES CAN PASS A QUALITY CONTROL!!! SHAME ON YOU INDITEX
This company has long been the joke of women’s fashion and now it has crossed the line into theft and gaslighting. Sent four completely different items from what I ordered, then accused of lying, all items now out of stock! Sent back the WRONG items and no refund! Your customer service has gone beyond repair I genuinely do not understand how you are getting away with such disgusting customer service! I have spent £1000s and £1000s with you over the years and you have reduced me to tears. The CEO should hang her head in shame while she yachts around Italy for the summer and treats us like the dirt on her shoe! What is clear, however, is that Inditex has been prospering over the past decade. Both sales and profits reached new records. Between 2013 and 2023, turnover doubled from 17 to 36 billion euros. Profits also reached a record high of 5.4 billion euros in 2023.25 Jan 2025And yet you are treating your customers less than human!
Its a platform with a lot of shops offering hope to alot of people. We all do agree that none is perfect. But the hope that INDITEX is giving is everything. Its the stability of life. Its a reassurance that we all exist and we can fit even in the smallest spaces. Its being seen.
