Speaking with Barbara was a very pleasant, and rather enjoyable experience. She was friendly, while remaining professional; she was extremely informative and all the information, available options and alternatives were clearly laid out. I feel like I got what I was looking for.
We had a couple of sessions with Joyce about our Life Cover, serious illness cover and income protection. I must admit that Joyce is exceptional with presentations. She made everything easy to understand, and she was relaxed in entertaining all our questions. She ensured we were well-informed about the discussions, and most importantly, she's highly accessible. Attended a session with Sam Leigh and Nicole Kaninda, it was very thorough and they provided financial education. As a young person it was a good heads up on how to navigate my finances. I attended the session with my partner and we both felt it was very necessary to hear about this. They provided a breakdown on how we could benefit from the resources they provided as well as a guidance on how to manage our finances better. I would highly recommend them even if it’s just a talk, it’ll help long term just to hear them out.
