The insoles for my flat foot, fallen arch, are strong and a good quality. The price was too low for the quality but I bought them anyway.
They were delivered quickly and now I can walk with less pain.
Heated socks advertised as rechargeable. BUT they came with battery packs (no batteries included) which makes them impossibly expensive to use. Tried sending an email to the suggested site and it appears that the site does not exist. DISASTROUS PURCHASE !!!!
This company sells products that are sourced from China only after an order is placed, at a third of their retail price. One can find much cheaper and higher-quality products in China than those sold by Ortotex. Furthermore, delivery times are excessively long.
I ordered an orthopedic product expecting prompt delivery due to an urgent need, under the impression that the item was located in Greece. The website does not clearly disclose that products are shipped from China. My order arrived in 20 days after significant hassle, as the recipient's details were recorded incorrectly.
I do not recommend purchasing from this company for any reason. I am completely dissatisfied and will not be ordering from them again."
If I could give a negative rating, I definitely would. I ordered and paid for an over door neck traction device in December 2025, and it still hasn't arrived. Despite multiple emails, I keep receiving responses that they are investigating the issue. It's been days without any updates, and I've asked them to cancel the order and refund my money, or I will take further action. Avoid this company at all costs!
The delivery process is painfully slow, even for items that are in stock, as they are shipped from overseas. When you realize you'll be waiting for months to receive your order, it's frustrating. I requested a refund before receiving the package, but they insisted that I had to accept the order first. I never picked up the package, informed them it would be returned, and still haven't received my money back. I recommend finding a different seller with better customer service.
Happy with most items, in particular the tooth brush sanitiser & the portable hair straightener comb which have both proven to be items that work really well.
Also customer service was obliging with a partial refund for a couple of products that were less than satisfactory.

No hay 'servicio al cliente' real como afirman en su sitio engañoso. Recomiendo denunciarlos a las autoridades de protección al consumidor, como hice yo, para poner fin a esta operación fraudulenta que engaña a clientes desprevenidos como yo.
La publicidad decía que si comprabas antes del mediodía, recibirías el envío en 2 días. Aún estoy esperando una semana después. Luego me piden que complete una encuesta para recibir un código para mi producto. ¿Qué??? El número de seguimiento no ha llegado. Luego me dicen que no pueden confirmar si ha sido entregado o no. Estoy muy decepcionado. Después de escribir esto, ahora tengo un número de seguimiento y espero que mi pedido llegue este miércoles. ¡Llegó! ¡Funcionan! Tapones para los oídos con reducción de ruido de hasta 40 Db, silencio absoluto; sin embargo, son grandes y no tan cómodos como podrían ser para dormir. El uso a largo plazo, que necesito, podría ser problemático.
