i deposited the wrong amount, should of been £10 and ended up doing 1000 which left me with nothing left in my account
upon realizing the error i logged in and spoke on chat and didnt get anywhere , took them ages to respond to anything i put and in the end no outcome, i have emailed and been advised to wait 2 hours , its now been 4 hours with no resoloution in site, i need my money which i never used to play on the site with refunding back to my account asap
