The calming cat collars are extremely dangerous. Do not buy them. The so-called “break-away” feature does not work despite cutting the notches as required. My cat got the collar caught twice and I had to free her. And after 3 weeks there was no change in behaviour at all. The company also blocked me on Facebook when I mentioned this on their posts promoting the product.
I bought cat calming collars from a seller based on their advertised '30-day money-back guarantee' and claims of a risk-free trial. After trying the collars on my cats without any improvement, I sought a refund within the specified period. I was informed that refunds are only for unopened items and that I would need to pay for tracked international return shipping from one country to another. When I questioned how a product could be 'tried' without opening it, I received no reply, despite ongoing promotional emails. I believe the guarantee is misleading and not honored as promised. The seller also altered their website's advertising seemingly in response to my concerns, yet they still refused to communicate with me. The advertising remains misleading, even after the changes.

Their “30 day money back satisfaction guarantee” is a complete scam. They advertise it all over their website and their ads and the cat collars but when you’re not satisfied with the product because it doesn’t work and negatively impacts your cat, they state they don’t refund or accept returns for collars. Misleading and false advertising. They also ignore your emails when you provide evidence of their dodgey business practice. Do not order anything from here.

I orded a collar on december 10th and I received nothing yet… So yesterday I send them an email but I did not get an answer. I refuse to download their app for the track and trace..I have lost my trust in this company..Thank you for the answer, I did send an e-mail to that mail adress.. but maybe can you please send me the track and trace link to my e-mail. That would be very helpful
I put the calming collar in my cat and within a few minutes she started vomiting and became very lethargic. I immediately removed the collar and washed her neck off. She's still acting like she's neurologically impaired. She's looking around like she sees something that's not there. Breathing very rapidly. If she doesn't get back to normal, I'm going to have to take her to ER. So I cannot recommend this collar.
I purchased the calming car collar. I received a “delivered” email but could not find the package. I emailed Gentle Paws and they responded right away with pics showing the package was delivered! I searched again and found that the wind had blown the package into the back yard.The collar seems to be working wonderfully! Customer service at Gentle Paws is excellent!
