I reached out to Genzone in Jan, hopped on a call with Kevin, and he onboarded me swiftly - we would begin the process in mid Feb. I paid a 50% deposit. Then, 3 weeks before I was set to move to Dubai, I had to change my location of move, and was really stressed. Thankfully, Kevin swiftly gave me a refund - no questions asked!
