They treated all my belongings with great care and packed everything efficiently in a short time. Everyone was polite and articulate, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. An impressive and efficient team. They arrived on time and packed everything with great care. They took the necessary time to ensure that fragile pieces of furniture were handled with extra caution. The supervisor was very polite and knowledgeable. I would certainly use their services again or recommend them to anyone planning a move.
Update: Everything seemed perfect until I received my shipment. Unfortunately, upon unpacking, significant damages and missing items were noted. Damaged items included a bedroom drawer, mirror decoration, and a heavily scratched dining table. Some items could not be assembled due to missing pieces. It's disappointing that my concerns were dismissed after I reported these issues. My contact referred me to another employee, who has since been unresponsive. It would be beneficial if this could be handled more professionally. Mistakes happen, and taking responsibility is crucial.-------------Initially, the service was great. Very responsive and quick. The representative was incredibly helpful with the move. His professionalism was commendable, ensuring we received seamless service. I also want to thank the team for coordinating our move.
