Advertised as a five star service and certainly lived up to expectations. They use a team of people dedicated to different tasks so there is always someone on him to respond immediately to queries, even over the weekend I found. I used the VIP service which was seamless making sure that all appointments went ahead smoothly and with someone on hand to guide me through the process. They even accommodated my busy schedule, which meant they had to adapt the normal timetable and couldn’t have been more accommodating. A nice group of guys too.
The relocation assistance team I worked with offered an exceptional level of support every step of the way, so I want to mention Ahmed, Darral and Rom. They helped me with visa pre-authorization, issuing my business license, and obtaining my UAE residency.Their availability and responsiveness, as well as the fact that I could reach out on WhatsApp at all hours, made a big difference.
