I placed an order through the platform 10 days ago. I reached out multiple times for a delivery update, but received unclear responses. When I called, the staff member was not helpful, implying it was my fault for not checking the terms. He couldn't give me a shipping date even though the item was available. When I asked about the delay, he wouldn't share the warehouse location. I've ordered fishing gear worldwide, and this has been the slowest experience yet. I chose to cancel my order.
