The poorest online shopping experience. Dont buy for International delivery

The poorest online shopping experience. Ever. Should simply not be allowed to sell from their website outside of DK. They make no effort to correct their own mistakes and have partnered with the most useless international courier service who tales days to get back to you. If they indeed do get back to you at all... Bought a sweater that I never recieved and the whole experience still ended up costing me money.

poor quality

I have ordered dress from ASOS, originally around 300 euros, in sale for 60 or so. I am very disappointed, from very cheap packaging to poor quality of dress itself. Material is quite chaep as well, stiching is awfull, threads are sticking out all arrounbd the dress, the print is not clean... I wouldnt buy this dress for 30euros. unfortunatelly I have a wedding to attend this weekend and I dont have time to return them, but I am greatly disapointed. I will never buy from this brand again as its grossly overpriced and low quality.

Cross your fingers and make a wish if …

Cross your fingers and make a wish if you place an order at their website. If they by accident send you a wrong item, they won’t as one normally does, just send the correct item and advise you where to return the wrong item. Instead, they will ask you to place a new order, where you will have to pay for your item once again. Despite the fact, that I really looked forward to receive my packet with a Royal Repuliq Galactic L back-pack, I for one am not willing to pay twice. In justice it was written, that when I placed my second order on the item, they would promise, I should receive the right item.
