1 star (I would give 0 if I could!)My experience with this place was extremely disappointing and blatantly racist.I called to reserve a spot with a discount, and they told me straight up that because I’m not American-born, I don’t qualify for the discount.I explained that I have a Green Card and have been living in the U.S. for three years, but they said it doesn’t matter — only the country where I was born counts!This is pure discrimination and racism, and it’s absolutely unacceptable in a country that claims to value equality and respect.I was shocked and disgusted by their attitude. I strongly warn others — stay away from this place. Their behavior is shameful and discriminatory.
I was extremely disappointed by the discrimination I experienced.I tried to book their promotion for 2 nights and 3 days for $59, but as soon as I mentioned that I am from Iran, they said this offer does not apply to Iranians or certain nationalities.That’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional.No customer should ever be treated differently based on their nationality.I will never recommend this place to anyone who values fairness and respect.
If you’re going to put an offer with a special prize, you should include also that it is only for American citizen, Because When I, Did, the Reservation they told me that Because I Was a Cuban Resident In The United States I did not qualify this offer.
The 90 minute tour which was for 8am shuttle was full waited for next which got group to the sight at 8:20am We did not complete this sale s pitch until 11:45 am. A real waste of time and energy very depleting. If trying to make a sale please know the one I was staying in should have been up to the same quality as the one he as tour not the case
