If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not book with this airline. The level of negligence and lack of professionalism I’ve experienced is staggering.
The Technical Mess: I purchased a flight, and a few days later they started making changes. They committed basic technical errors, including issuing a schedule with overlapping flights (two flights at the same time in the same booking!).
A Wall of Silence: It is nearly impossible to reach a human being. Even worse, they refuse to provide an official email address. When I asked for written confirmation of our calls, the operators claimed they "don't have an email," clearly trying to avoid leaving a paper trail of their mistakes.
Repeated Errors: After hours of complaints, they changed the flight again, and—believe it or not—they made the same mistake a second time.
The Final "Solution": To top it off, they called me to say they simply won't solve it. Their only "solution" was for me to request a refund, which they claim takes 4 to 6 weeks, even though the trip is scheduled for next month!
In short: They leave you without a flight, they hold your money for over a month (preventing you from buying a replacement ticket), and they refuse to put anything in writing. It is a complete lack of transparency and a total disregard for passenger rights. I have already filed formal complaints with Tawasul (Bahrain) and GACA (Saudi Arabia).
Avoid this airline at all costs.
Worst experience with Saudia Airlines . Flight got delayed for over 20 hours . With no clear timing of when the flight will get rescheduled . The timings get changed again and again with no regards to customer time .The customer service is a joke . Never ever with this airline
Very disappointing experience with Saudia Airlines.
On a long-haul flight from Washington to Riyadh, I was skipped during meal service and spent around 12 hours without food or water, while other passengers were served. This happened more than once, so it was clearly not a mistake.
I filed a formal complaint afterward and never received any response. Denying basic necessities and then ignoring complaints is unacceptable for an international airline
Most unhelpful airways connecting from was from medinah came to jeddah 30 minutes before fight it was cancelled. No reason or explanation was given customer service was zero. Was taken to hotel after 8 hours no food and zero star hotel had young children and elderly mother. The bunch of dogs didn't care my kids was ill no medical help was provided. Avoid this airlines at all cost over price and poor service. The flights was reschedule next days no orientation even Airports manager was disgusted how they treated the passenger's.
The Airports manager requested everyone to complain to the airline but also said nothing will get done Saudi don't care about customers.
This happened on around 10th August 2025 jeddah to Gatwick SVA101 original flight SV101.

Saudi Airlines delayed my connecting flight by 25 HOURS, delayed my baggage for 6 DAYS, and when it finally arrived, it was severely damaged. They then refused compensation and closed my complaint without any resolution.
Their customer service is shockingly poor — no effective way to contact them, the Customer Relations email listed on their website is incorrect, endless delays, false assurances, and zero accountability.
I missed my flight to India and they have automatically cancelled my return flight without notice and no refund or alternative flight. They insisted me to buy new full price ticket. do not travel with SAUDIA airlines.
On 16 January 2026, my wife faced an arbitrary denial of check-in for Flight SV737 from Lahore to Riyadh (connecting to London SV111), despite holding a confirmed booking and arriving three hours early. There was no explanation, apology, or assistance. The ground staff at the airport refused to process her boarding without any valid reason, leaving her stranded until 3 AM the next morning. She was then rebooked on a flight 48 hours later on 18 January. This resulted in unplanned accommodation and meal expenses, a tarnished professional reputation, and two days wasted. This was not a case of overbooking or an error; it was sheer negligence. My wife met all requirements, yet her confirmed ticket was disregarded. The airline exhibited complete indifference towards passengers. If you care about your time, money, and peace of mind, think twice before choosing this service. I have lodged a complaint as this treatment is unacceptable. Would I recommend them? Definitely not; there are far too many reliable options to risk such incompetence.
This company truly deserves no stars. It's unacceptable to send passengers to their destination without their luggage. This decision has caused significant chaos at the airport in Casablanca. Many travelers are left without clothing due to lost luggage. This will be my last time using this service, and I will be filing a complaint. The service was not only costly but also extremely poor, with no apologies or compensation offered.
I experienced a severe allergic reaction from peanuts in the food. Please exercise caution as the food was not properly labeled, and I faced a critical situation. Although I had emergency medication, I became very ill and was close to needing hospitalization.
The immigration personnel were quite rude during my encounter. As a British citizen traveling with my family, I felt embarrassed and ashamed. This was my first experience, and it was disappointing; they seemed to lack respect for foreigners.
