I am mystified by review rating of this company. My experience was not good although I did eventually get my visa and two extensions. Getting the initial B211 offshore visa was a nightmare. I bought my plane ticket, leaving what I thought was sufficient business days for the application. Unfortunately, I had not allowed for two Indonesian holidays which with the weekend extended the application period by 4 days. My plane departure date was before that. The company accepted the application even though the plane ticket departure date (provided as part of the application) had me departing before the entry date on the visa. I felt the company had partial responsibility for the problem but the chatbot like person that I corresponded with said no. After about 20 to 30 messages back and forth I was told that if I payed more money the problem could be fixed. It was cheaper than buying a new plane ticket or changing the date so I agreed. The first visa extension went reasonably well. I chose to leave my passport with the agency. Getting photographic proof that the visa had been extended required more annoying interaction with the chatbot. The second visa extension was problematic. I checked carefully for Indonesian holidays and there were none so I bought my plane ticket back to Bali and made my application which was excepted. This time there was an 'immigration holiday' which took me over another weekend thereby extending the waiting period by 3 days. But the chatbot told me I could use the 'speedup' process by paying extra money. As this was the second time around I am suspicious that clients having to pay extra for the speedup process is just part of the business plan.I was not happy with this agency.

Visa was delivered as promised

Visa was delivered as promised. The GetBaliVisa team also provided sim cards, strangely enough without telephone credits. Also, the airport assistant was waiting outside the airport, instead of inside.
