Great communication setting up the transportation of my motorcycle. Once the carrier had been established, they were great at communicating the arrival time. The bike was well taken care of and arrived in perfect shape. The carrier unloaded the bike and was very polite and helpful. I had some delays with the dealer getting the bike ready and that pushed me up against a deadline where I would be leaving town. Kelly was very attentive with her communications and made it all happen efficiently. I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone else.

I have used this company twice . I’ve had such a great experience with them that I will highly recommend them as an excellent shipper. Kelly is the best . Each time I call her , she’s usually can get someone to pick my vehicle up same day or next day . Her driver was very punctual .Driver gave me a time and he was there at exact time . Thanks again . This company rocks !!!
they posted an ad for a shipment even though i had never interacted with the broker. the price on their ad was more than double the price that was offered by every other broker. when i asked them to remove the ad they refused
A friend recommended GetCarrier, butI made the mistake of shopping around instead of just going with GetCarrier right off the bat. It’s been a month and I’m still getting spammed with calls and texts, and the callers outright refused to take me off their contact lists. The GetCarrier drivers showed up on time, got the car across the country (3k+ miles) in 5 days, and their pricing was comparable to the other trustworthy carriers. The $100-$200 you MAYBE could have saved by shopping around isn’t worth the constant bombardment of solicitations you will get if you put in a request online.
I use Kelly Parker as my broker rep. Every time I use this company for hauling. Kelly is outstanding with organizing and communication through the entire process. I get great customer service on a consistent basis. I highly recommend!
