Throughout various sessions and interactions, the entire team has demonstrated professionalism, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping members succeed. They consistently exceed expectations, and it is evident. I’d like to give special recognition to a representative from the Onboarding Team. I’ve collaborated with this representative during multiple support and onboarding sessions, and she has been consistently exceptional each time. Most recently, she assisted me in migrating and setting up a new sub-account, going above and beyond. She guided me through the migration process step-by-step (and explained the reasoning behind each step), including transferring important integrations like payment systems, calendars, social connections, domain transfers, and phone number adjustments. She also ensured the implementation snapshot was loaded correctly and made the setup practical for real-world use, rather than just technically installed. What I value most is her approach: she’s patient, professional, and extremely thorough, yet still easy to communicate with. She never hurries, answers questions clearly, and you can sense her genuine desire for you to succeed (not just to close the ticket and move on). Frustrating experience over the past year

I have been using this service for over a year, and it has been incredibly disappointing. Every time I need to add a feature to a new sub-account, I have to submit a ticket, which is frustrating. I was on a plan for 20 sites but was only given access to 10. They told me I had to downgrade and then re-upgrade, which increased my costs. After paying the higher fee, I still couldn't add more sites. Then, when I was upgraded, it broke essential features. When I requested to revert, they said it wasn't possible, leaving me without those features. Recently, I discovered that all my sub-accounts had been removed, leaving my entire agency without access. The support I received was inadequate, and I faced numerous issues that have frustrated my clients as well. I am considering switching to a different service because these ongoing problems have become untenable.
