I was very excited to find this new deodorant having wanted to try and natural, refillable variety for a long time. It smells great, is dry so you can dress immediately after applying. I happened to take mine travelling to a very hot and dry climate and it worked brilliantly. Why the one star then you might ask? The refills are almost impossible to install. When you try, the whole things turns into a piece of unwieldy, warm and soap like mess as the paper casing doesn't stay in place and the whole thing refuses to move down into place. I tried everything, including winding it back to its starting place, carefully trying to fit the casing back to its mooring. In the end the whole lot went in the bin. How depressing that something that hits the spot in terms of sustainability in business becomes the complete opposite because of poor design! I've seen many similar complaints online (but mysteriously not here) so I know I'm not the only one struggling with this issue. What a shame.
I had a problem with my fussy deodorant. It broke off with about a third still to use, it wouldn't stick back on, so I contacted customer service. They couldn't have been more helpful, after I sent the relevant information to them, they kindly replaced the broken item for me.
The reason why I give the 4 stars is I’m still smelly if I’m wearing a tight top for longer time. Although the fragrances nice but unfortunately you not keeping the best fragranted products, they are always temporary for sale only. And most of them citrusy which I don’t like. Therefore I always order coconut and jasmine. Not too much choice.
