I was excited to work with Texas Wholesale Natural Beauty. It’s was until I got ready to order samples I noticed their shipping is quite overpriced. This company is roughly 5 hours from Dallas Texas. Mind you I’m 2 hours from Dallas. 1) 2oz Serum bottle is $8 with shipping cost $12.95. Doing my diligence with USPS( meaning I packaged up a 2oz bottle in a bubbled envelope and weighted it out.) shipping should be a flat rate $5-7. A business that ships out on a daily should have a weight scale and those numbers should be enter on to your website to help calculate the ACCURATE price for shipping. In reality Instead of paying $8 for a small 2oz bottle it’s roughly $14-15. I was shocked when I questioned inaccuracy, I stopped getting responses from the company.I really looked forward into doing business with this company, but I WILL NOT ALLOW ANYONE to screw me over!Blessings To TWNB
The person I talked to in Fort Worth was extremely rude and disrespectful. He hung up on me three times and did not explain. He flipped out on me for calling again when I just wanted to be directed to the correct number. He would answer "Texas Wholesale" and then gaslight me and say I have the wrong number. I called the Dallas corporation and the gentleman I spoke too was very respectful and concerned about the call I was on in Fort Worth. I tried to get the mans name and he refused to give it to me and told me he doesn't have to give me any information or talk to me and hung up and interrupted me and wouldn't even let me speak.
This is a 5star company. I love the professionalism, patience and that they are resourceful. They work with such kindness and compassion for their clients and very supportive. I had a special circumstance going on beyond my control and they were able to accommodate me.I am very satisfied with my orders, website and everything else.Thank you very much.
I love this company. Very easy to work with and they try to accommodate your Business needs as best as they can. Definitely a 5 star company. If you’re wanting to start a Business, I highly recommend them. Not to mention..their products are top notch.
Excellent company to do business with wholesale or private label. They take every step to learn your wants and needs. They thoroughly check for any errors on orders and feedback on inquires made by customers. If they notice an inquiry doesn’t seem correct they immediately contact you to confirm if that’s what you meant. I love that because sometimes we make mistakes placing orders and usually you are sent whatever. Not with this company. I highly recommend them.
