First of all I love the product. I have had trouble with smelling of sweat so quickly that it was impossible to compensate with regular deodorant, now with Fussy, and for me expecially Lavender Fields and Cloud Nine, I no longer have that problem. It does what they promise and better than I expected. Now, one time a new package didn't arrive. Not their fault, but they sent a new one with no questions asked. So great customer care as well!
I've been struggling with perimenopause, with having a constant heat all over my body, leading to sweating more than normal. I tried the usual deodorants and the 72 hour ones. They stopped the sweating in the areas I used it on but lead to a heat rash everywhere else lasting weeks and weeks. I was miserable! I had seen Fussy and all the other natural deoderants advertised, but thought there was no way they would be strong enough. Due to the rash I decided to try Fussy. I chose them over the competitors due to their parmaviolet scent, as it's one of my favourite smells. I am pleasantly surprised at the performance of the deoderant. It does keep me smelling pleasant and my skin balance seems to be back to normal, as in I'm not sweating from all the wrong places and no more heat rash. I have taken out a prescription to keep me topped up as it doesn't last as long as a shop deoderant and is more expensive, but you don't get that yucky, sticky residue that doesn't wash off, which is a big plus for me.
I recently reacted to two of Fussy’s deodorants and reached out to the team about it. There was some confusion at first, as my sister also had a similar reaction. Eventually, Fussy responded and asked for the product barcode, which I kindly provided.What makes this situation especially concerning is that both products were from Fussy’s sensitive range — a line designed for delicate skin. As someone who suffers from eczema, I chose this range specifically because I trusted that it would be safe. Unfortunately, I reacted quite badly and am still healing from the flare-ups.While I understand that not every product suits every individual, what concerns me most is the lack of genuine follow-up from Fussy. After reporting a reaction from a product intended for sensitive skin, I expected at least a check-in on my wellbeing and an investigation into what might have caused the reaction.Fussy presents itself as a clean and safe brand, committed to sustainability and skin health. With that in mind, I found it disappointing that no one from the team — not even the founder — followed up to ensure I was okay or to learn more about my experience. It would have shown integrity, accountability, and care for customers who trust their products.Interestingly, I regularly receive marketing emails and survey requests from Fussy, yet there was complete silence after raising a legitimate concern about a product reaction. That contrast says a lot about where the company’s priorities seem to lie.To be fair, the initial customer service response was polite and professional. However, when it comes to customer care — especially concerning potential skin sensitivities — a simple follow-up would have gone a long way in showing that Fussy truly stands by its promise of being a safe and responsible brand.
Fussy is a Brilliant company. Their products are Amazing!! I love their deodorant which works perfectly and smells lovely. Now I have tried their new body wash and that too is perfect. It lathers up easily and leaves just the right amount of scent on the skin after towelling. I have received excellent customer service from Cesca at fussy. After I mistakenly set up a prescription with the wrong payment that I didn’t wish to use She responded really quickly and helped me rectify my mistake.Life would be a lot more stress free if all companies were as good and caring as Fussy. Thank you !!!
I love the eco credentials of Fussy, and the various scents you can get. However, I have not found it easy to widen the gap between orders. I don’t use as much deodorant as maybe the average, and find that the next batch comes too soon. I have found that I don’t always manage to satisfactorily lengten the time in between deliveries.
