We are an Australian family that has recently fully converted to using Fussy, and that's myself, my husband and my 9 year old son. I tried many plastic free deodorant products in Australia but came across rave reviews about Fussy so decided to give it a go and loved the smell and that I didn't smell! My husband used one of my spares by accident and loved it so I bought him one too! And then we decided to convert our son so he would be more inclined to not have stinky armpits. Great product and I think our family will be using this for awhile!
I've been a customer since seeing Fussy on Dragon's Den. The deodorant really is as good as you would hope for. I love all the fragrances and have just started buying it for my son too. I had one small hiccup and customer services went above and beyond. Very happy long-term customer!
Love the ease of the subscriptions. Enjoying some of the fragrances and the new body wash is great. Im somewhat addicted to the coconut fragrance! Odd for a 51 year old man!I do feel it’s a little pricey and I’d love it if the deodorant cases had a mechanism to auto release when starting a new refill.
Excellent customer service, products very good and the scent from them are delicious to wear. Many people comment on how nice the smell is. The sensitive is the range I use as have had reactions with other companies, so now only use this make. I would highly recommend Fussy products. Yes a little more in price, but well worth. Wish I had discovered them years ago.
I’ve been using Fussy almost since its launch and have always rated the product highly — even if the scent range leans a bit heavily towards the floral and sweet. Unfortunately, over recent months I’ve noticed a real decline in responsiveness, delivery times, and general customer service.My latest experience sums it up. As a subscriber, I was waiting for my usual order, which is normally reliable via Royal Mail. This time, however, it was sent with Evri. In our area, Evri is notoriously unreliable — roughly 20% of our parcels go missing — and sure enough, the tracking updated to: “Your delivery is delayed while we locate your package” (translation: it’s gone).I contacted customer service and was told to “keep an eye on the tracking and wait a few days.” I did — knowing full well I’d need to chase it again. Four days later, they agreed to reorder, this time using The Delivery Group — but with no tracking. Now, several days on, it’s still “being processed.”This combination of delays, slow replies, and lack of transparency has really changed my view of what used to be a dependable brand. Subscription models rely on consistency — if a delivery runs a week late, customers are left with no product at all. That’s simply not acceptable.I genuinely like the product and the company’s sustainability ethos, but the delivery experience and service response need urgent attention. I’m already exploring alternatives that can guarantee 24–48 hour delivery — reliability has to come before fragrance.
I was really hoping this would work for me, I loved the smell of the deodorant while it was in the applicator and persevered for a good few weeks but oh my gosh, I absolutely STINK when using this! As soon as I get a little bit hot/clammy, my body odour is HORRENDOUS. Just to add, this was only while sitting at a desk all day for work, not even during exercise etc. Even after showering, the deodorant leaves a kind of waxy substance on the skin so the BO smell is still there. I have to really scrub to remove all traces of the deodorant and BO smell. Sadly, my Fussy has gone in the bin and I would not recommend.
I started using Fussy to reduce plastic waste. The Fussy products are wonderful and it has been possible over this year to find the best one for me. The Coconut Milk Tropical one is so good I just use this now. Refills come very efficiently so I never run out.
