I had the most amazing experience with AJ he even got me a lower rate than expected and into exactly what we were looking for We enjoyed the amazing service so much that my wife also upgraded her vehicle and we have recommended many people that have also dealt with AJ and purchased new vehicles I highly recommend him to anyoneAnd with us living in Penticton they even arranged having the vehicles brought to us directly
Would give negative stars if possible.Avoid Mitchell Ambridge and Zach (can't remember last name) like the plague. Save your money and go somewhere that isn't run by such slimy people. Bought a car a handful of months ago that has been nothing but problems. The buying process also was a headache where I had to wait a month due to another salesman selling the car I had already been approved for. I was offered a different car with lower km. They said they'd sell it to me at cost, and throw in 500 bucks as a sorry for the huge headache. It took them 4 months to finally give me that money. Contacting Zach after I had bought the car and started noticing problems, was similar to trying to get a story out of my toddler. Excuse after excuse for his awful work ethic. Eventually he just stopped replying for 2 months. Finally I was contacted by Mitchell Ambridge, the finance director of Getgoing.He ALSO took weeks to get me the inspection I asked for months prior from Zach.Once I got it, it showed quite clearly that over a thousand dollars worth of work is needing to be done, as specified by the inspecting mechanic. The problems were:-All four tires were extremely low on tread, the rear being the worst, showing over worn edges. (the car was driven a while with underinflated tires)-The rear brake rotors are rusted -All brake pads will need to be changed at my next oil change -Rear brakes make a very loud click sound when the brakes are applied.-The battery needs recharging-Lastly, an issue not detected by the mechanic is while at low rpm, the throttle is unresponsive and it idles rough. Mitch, after I had made innumerable attempts to get an answer, finally gave me some nonsense salesman excuse about how "he couldn't possibly fix every car that comes through their doors". Do not buy anything from these snakes. It's been a horrible experience from the beginning. And it is still a horrible experience 5 months later.
AJ is one of the the most genuine people ive had the pleasure of buying a truck from, the transaction was super fast too! My old cars transmission went, got in contact with AJ and he got me a truck within a week!Thank you for one of the greatest purchasing experiences ive had!
When I met AJ Lynch through my nephew to purchase a vehicle. I was so jealous that my nephew got a beautiful truck from him and I wanted a truck so I connected up with AJ and he sure help me Out a lot and he gave me the best truck that was suited for me and Basically was like family and help me out. A j also went out of his way to make sure that the vehicle Had new tires and a Box liner for the truck and I purchased the side rail so that I was able to get in-and-out of the truck and AJ made sure that I had that all before I got the truck because of my job. Thank you very much for all your wonderful support and work that you do AJ and hope to send more of my family your way.
Traded in my RVR for a equinox AJ was great to work with listened to everything I wanted. He went above and beyond I live out of town had the car delivered and took my trade in. Quick easy and painless will definitely use them for any future car purchases!
