Well first I thought the app was a scam cuz my money didn't appear in eversend after I transferred it buh the customer support was able to make me understand that the name of the bank used to transfer was different from the name in my eversend bank..
And they' said my refund will come within 3-15 days...
In case it happens to you
No panic just contact customer support and pray it's joalice or bukola that answer's.......

There was a time I funded my wallet, but the money didn’t reflect even after 3 days. I immediately reached out to the support team to lodge a complaint. They responded promptly, asked a few questions about the transaction, and requested the transaction message to help them track and investigate the issue.
As soon as I provided the required details, the issue was resolved and the money was refunded back to my account.
