I worked with Lane B. and he was fantastic! He made sure to explain everything very clearly and in a manner that was easy to understand. He took great care in answering my questions and was extremely positive and encouraging throughout the call. He was even a very good listener and conversationalist, as I tend to get very off-topic quite easily, but was able to pull me back into the conversation in a way that felt natural and not like he was rushing me. He made what I was sure would be an awkward exchange into a pleasant conversation that has me feeling hopeful and like someone is actually on my side. For anyone who has attempted to tackle collections on their own knows how truly daunting this all can be, and Lane helped me get through everything fairly painlessly.
