Review Time
My experience is enhanced by the various categories and suggestions. This is my second time writing my information. The company cannot find my first one or my money that I paid.
Web pages were easy to navigate. Pictures and prompts were helpful. Was put off by multiple “sales offers”during payment portion. A single page with offers that could be clicked on if you were interested in “the deal”. Current method appeared “scammerish”, offering more and more “deals”. Am eagerly awaiting my questions.
My experience wasn't great!!
I didn't want to order 4 books but because my stylist hit that box, accidentally, it ordered 4 books. I don't believe the payment went through though. I actually want 5 books but it doesn't give me that option, which I think it should!!
At first it was a struggle but eventually I got started memorite were great in helping get started they logged me in and kept check all the way, now my book is in the post to me. Nervously excited how it finally looks.
Memowrite was great at returning an email on a question I had to finish.
The whole experience was wonderful to put down in words all the things and feelings you might not have expressed to people.
Would recommend to write one.
The format provided got me going on my personal history. I look forward to submitting my first draft, made easier by their rapid response to a question or two that came up mid-way along.
This company is extremely unprofessional. Their process is deceptive and you cannot order additional books or modify subtitles on pictures without first deleting them. I would never recommend this company to anyone wanting to write their memoir.
I loved the questions which made it easier to write my book. Some of the questions I felt was asking more or less the same thing. So, I duplicated some responses on my book. It was a little confusing, I thought I was going to edit before printing. Which I thought I would submit then it would be returned to me to finalize. I selected Print and that was it. I should have edited before selecting print. My fault.
Customer support was prompt and good. They were respectful, patient and understanding, when my writing was delayed due to my husband's health crisis. I was graced more time. Would have liked more technical help with unloading pictures since many seniors are not tech. savoy. The question prompts and sub-titles for every chapter were helpful. The editing was good. The pricing for extra copies were a bit higher than advertised.Overall it was a pleasant experience and helped me to go through the passage of my Life smoothly. Thank You.
