It's a scam. The service doesn’t magically track phones by number alone—you need the device owner’s interaction, and it typically involves consenting and possibly downloading something or granting browser permissions. Many of these services seduce users with "$1 trials," only for: Ongoing recurring charges that are hard to cancel. No refunds even after cancelling early. I found the review: "I purchased the app… thought it was $4.99/mo… they charged $60 for the yearly plan and denied the refund.”
I registered recently to find a friend, but I've been continuously charged. When I attempt to log in to cancel my membership, the system fails to recognize my email. I'm seeking a full refund for the unauthorized charges and want to warn others that this site seems to be a scam.
I registered to find a friend about a week ago, but I keep getting charged. When I try to sign in to cancel my membership, the system can't recognize my email. I'm attempting to recover the funds that were taken from my account without authorization. I want to warn others that this site seems untrustworthy.
This is a complete scam. They advertised a phone location service for $0.38. After providing my card details, I received an email claiming I was enrolled in something without any prior notice. Shortly after, they charged me $48. If you try to cancel, they redirect you to another company, which seems suspicious. They can't actually locate any phones either.
This service is deceptive. They entice you with a $0.38 trial for one day but then charge you $49.80 right away, even if you cancel within that time. They have multiple 'front' companies to prevent direct contact, and they refuse to refund your money. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand, as many others share similar experiences.
