The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Must be a change in staff as up until today they would always be my go too! The rude lad wouldn’t give his name so I can’t make a formal complaint about him. His technical lad working for him obviously was mortified but can’t speak up probably in fear of losing his job!

Got my screen fixed at Falkirk store on 15th December. On 23rd December a black circle appeared on screen - then later disappeared. It returned on 7th January (at exact point I swipe phone) - called Falkirk as screen still under 30 day warranty and explained closer to Linlithgow branch. Told I could go there. Linlithgow member of staff very unhelpful. Called Falkirk again to be told AGAIN I could go to Linlithgow. Staff very reluctant to help but took phone. Returned to told it’s not under the warranty as obviously something has impacted the phone. It categorically hasn’t and is obvious that isn’t the case. Called Falkirk yet again to be told they will contact suppliers as call me back the next day. No call made. Went into Apple Store to ask advice tone rolls screen has been fitted incorrectly which is why the problem is there!! Now going to ombudsman!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
The only repair shop I'll ever take my stuff too. Such helpful staff who wI'll be honest and tell you if it's worth spending the money to fix the item. They'll do everything they can to help as well as having a fantastic selection of devices and accessories in store
