Please DONT use SBK!!!

Yet again please don’t use SBK. I put on some horses for Grand National and then today the final line up got announced in which 2 of my horses were no longer racing so contacted SBK to get the bet void and my stake back to use on other horses only to be told they keep my money as counts as a loss if horse doesn’t run lol This better app is an absolute joke! Couldn’t care about its customers just wants to make up its own rules to get customers money. It’s a disgrace. Please don’t use this betting company!!!

Do Not Trust this betting website!!!!!Got a £30 new customer promo offer, went though everything they asked me to do, transferred £10 and placed £10 bet. Now being told that I have to place another £10 bet as the first one didn’t count as it needs to be over 2.0 odds which that don’t put in the promo, but have in the t&c Just messaged your customer support like you said. Sean has said You’re not going to do anything. Like I said DO NOT TRUST this betting site!!!
