Never heard of this mob until I began receiving emails regarding an account in my name/email address that has been opened fraudulently.
I have tried to contact them repeatedly, including using a deeply hidden telephone number which, surprise surprise, was unmanned during business hours on a Friday.
SBK is clearly a profit making black hole and I am looking forward to hearing what the Gambling Commission has to say about them.
another joke of a company. won a decent sized bet. after 2 years all of a sudden got a review of my account. give them loads of things that they asked for over 2-3 months while they suspended my account. now they want other peoples bank statements that have sent me money. what a joke and basically said if i don’t send somebody else’s bank statement i can’t access my account.
takes weeks to reply to emails.
avoid these idiots.

My account was suspended a week ago, SBK asked for documents to verify my account, I sent them by email on the day of suspension. They responded by email saying I should be verified within 48 hours. It has been a week and no further response, I've sent multiple follow up emails and have had no reply. I can't access my deposit or account balance either.
THIS IS A TOTAL FRAUDULENT EXPERIENCE. THEY TOOK MY €90 WINNINGS AND REFUSE TO PROCESS THE PAYOUT TO THE CARD I USED FOR MY DEPOSIT ON DECEMBER 14TH. MY OLD BANK CARD HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED FOR ABOUT A YEAR, AND I HAVE SPENT THE LAST 10 DAYS SENDING EMAILS TO THEM. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING EXCEPT DEMAND A STATEMENT FROM A CLOSED ACCOUNT, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PROVIDED A STATEMENT FROM MY NEW ACCOUNT WHERE I INITIALLY DEPOSITED. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS; IT'S NO SURPRISE THEY HAVE ONLY 2 STARS. THEY HAVE NO ISSUES TAKING YOUR MONEY BUT WILL MAKE YOU JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO GET YOUR OWN FUNDS BACK.

DON'T EVER USE THIS BETTING SITE ABSOLUTE COWBOY SCAMMERS!Only signed up for the offer as it looked good and read the T&C's. They say I'm not eligible after placing my bet and gave a ridiculous excuse why.No help getting money back on livechat so recommend no one ever use this awful bookies because the same will happen to all new customers they just want you to sign up and scam you out the free bet offers. They have then replied saying they will try and help and I go on the livechat and they yet again give me no support and reason as to why I don't receive the offer. Emailed twice to the support email they give you and not had a reply in 3 days so very unlikely they care or bother replying to any complaints so I will be going through the full complaint process to rectify this shocking service.
Almost impossible , if not actually impossible, to contact customer service.Been trying for 4 days to log an incorrect football match score entered on their system that has turned a ‘winner’ into a settled ‘loser’. Another ‘phone number says “leave a message” but then says “The message box is too full to leave a message.Leaving this review in the vain hope that someone at SBK will actually read it and DO SOMETHING.SBKbet you have entered a WRONG result to match on your system but don’t seem to care.
