The vehicle was fine, but upon arrival, I couldn't open the petrol cap despite pressing the button. I cancelled immediately and am receiving a refund, but it was unsettling and starkly different from the excellent service of my previous car-sharing app.
This has been a complete disappointment. Registration took forever due to app issues. Booking was easy, but the car's location was incorrectly listed. When I arrived, QuickStart wouldn't work, and I was informed via chat that it had been withdrawn and my booking was cancelled. I don't understand why I wasn't informed of this before the charge!
