If I could give ZERO or MINUS I would.Their marketing is “bet £10 & get £40 in free bets”. Once I wagered the bet, I received an email which I have pasted below. They claim it’s in their T&C’s. Trash scam company put my £ 10 deposit in as soon as I bet the 10 within half an hour they emailed me telling me I was not eligible for the bonus,So I closed the account with these scammers.To let you know I didn't put the £10 on as one bet I split into two £5 bets and i read later bet must be £10 on one horse of 2/1 over so really my fault, but I have seen all these negative complaints and decided to delete my account. Everyone don't go near this terrible company.
Useless customer service who reply to trust pilot reviews asking you to get in touch to get the issue resolved but then you email them again multiple times for them to ignore your emails but will happily take your deposit before suspending your account, guys avoid !!
