0 accountability, loosing parcels on "delivered to another country" step all the time. When asked what happened, claims they passed the parcel and have no way to know what happened to it. When asked to give at least the information of what company received the parcel, gives copy paste responses of basically "we do not care"

All times this company "delivers" it get stuck in "another country" for weeks. And then the seller ask for a return and the parcel is back in Poland for the seller to pick up within 24h. I ALWAYS have to re-buy and get PostNord and then it works like 100% within days. I think it's scamning people and Vinted. So show me ONE parcel that's get delivered and I will re-write my review more positive.
Seems like i have same problem as everyone else, takes very long time, has not been update since 7 days ago and it just says package in another country. Would be nice if vinted had another delivery company in polen than this. I dont understand how you guys camd make progress?
Already two times in a row my parcel was sent back to me, because “couldn’t reach the recipient” 😆 although the label with codes was on a parcel. They can not manage their work and waisting people time and money!! The saddest thing is that you are forced to use their services in Poland for Vinted purchases. Shame
One of the worst courier firm in EU, Absolutely unacceptable service! My parcel has been stuck since January 4th—first, no one collected it from the drop-off point, and now it's sitting in the sorting office with no movement. This is beyond frustrating! A courier service should understand the importance of timely delivery.
