Cheap junk

I bought one of the vests last week and got it today. It is Chinese junk. The inside seams are sewn unevenly throughout but are most noticeable on collar and around the armholes with lots of loose threads. I did not cut or pull any of the threads for fear of a complete unravel.Thee sleeves are not the same length as one touches the base of my thumb and the other is even with my watch band. The battery pack costs extra and the charger is extra too and the charging cable is 3 inches long. The USB connection built into the jacket does not plug completely into the battery pack. This is Chinese junk!!! Do not buy it.

My Voltex heated vest only lasted 2 hours. Very disappointed

I ordered a voltex heated vest for christmas. It was to be used by my wife, who works at a florist during valentines. It is very cold inside the shop and she was really excited about her vest. Reviews were great but our experience was NOT. It was over the 30 day warranty only because it was a Christmas gift and Valentines is in Feb. She wore the vest the first day. It only heated for 2 hours. We called to complain and were told it was too late and we needed to buy a new battery. This is very disappointing. We will tell everyone interested how terrible the service was. Money wasted. We expected it to replaced. It was not.

What a piece of garbage

What a piece of garbage. Bought one for my wife and it died in less than 2 months. Told by Voltex it was out of warranty so I'm SOL. The original order came with a frayed charging cable for the and a battery that would not charge. Run away from this product as fast as you can.

Bought the vest for a snowmobile trip…

Bought the vest for a snowmobile trip and the vest stayed on 10 minutes before cutting off. Battery would not stay charged. Mark @ bolted would not accept returns. Poor quality and customer service

DO NOT BUY!!!!

I ordered 2 vests & 2 charging blocks. They lost my vests despite saying they were delivered. When they finally came, they did not work. Customer service was TERRIBLE. They made me jump through a ton of hoops until the “30 day return policy” had passed. Then said I was simply out of luck. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! You’d be better off to set fire to your money-you’d get more warmth off it!!!!!!!

Mine never worked

Mine never worked. It was a Christmas gift that was purchased beginning of December. When I attempted to return it 1/15 they told me that the item was purchased over 30 days ago, although I did not own it for that long (was a gift). They refused to replace or refund. Absolutely terrible customer service! 😢 I do not recommend based on quality or service for Voltex.

Garbage product that doesn't work

I found this company through what I thought was a reputable list of best heated vest companies. I'm usually good at determining a scam company, but this one fooled me. The first vest they mailed me wouldn't stay on. I let them know and they mailed me a new vest. Looked and fit different. That was a big red flag. This vest is also faulty. Won't stay on and will only function (poorly) on the highest heat setting. It’s a garbage product, basically. They did agree to issue a refund for the vest.

Voltex is a horrible company

Voltex is a horrible company. My first vest took over a month to deliver and I don’t think it would have then if i hadn’t emailed several times. My second vest was the same way, I had to contact them before it shipped. It still hasn’t delivered after a month and now it has been delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted customer service they said they were sorry to hear that and suggested I contact my post office for help. Voltex has trained their customer service team well on how to scam the customer. Save your money and buy a Milwaukee vest.The reviews on their website are phony. You have to hunt to find a page that will allow reviews to be written on them. Wish I had done more research.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! BUY ONE FROM REPUTABLE LOCAL STORE

Ordered beginning of Dec for Xmas gift - received 01/08/2025. Customer Service is non existent as they never answered emails. Since it obviously comes from China their idea of 3XL and the US expectation are miles apart. Went ahead and turned on and on High it was barely warm - only has back heat panel.Waste of time and money. Based on reviews I will not waste my time returning, I'm sure someone at Goodwill could use a thin vest!!

Stay away

Stay away. Scammers. Ordered vest December 9.A week later got a UPS tracking number, but UPS has still never received it.Unfortunately this same experience has been described by many others.Wrote two emails and received two smoothly written replies. But no vest.I will shortly advise all authorities, but I assume my money is long gone.
