This is genuinely the worst support I've ever encountered. I placed a buy one get one order in November and STILL have items that haven't been shipped, and I STILL haven't received any communication from the support team. When I called to calmly express my concerns and request a refund for the expedited shipping that was not honored, they disconnected the call while I was speaking. While I can't fault the product, their customer service is TERRIBLE, and for that reason alone, I will not engage with them again.
I placed my order more than a month ago, and like many others, it still hasn't been fulfilled. Based on my previous experiences, delivery to my country typically takes about 3 weeks. Even if this order were shipped today, it would take nearly 2 months from the time I ordered. I'm uncertain about what has gone wrong with this service; I've ordered multiple times before and received my items almost immediately. I haven't received any updates regarding the delay, which is concerning given that my order was nearly $500. I expected at least some communication about the situation.
To start, the updated version 2.0 is truly impressive. My friends and I have tried all the flavors, and they have all been exceptional. I will definitely keep purchasing, as it has saved me a significant amount compared to canned brands. The range of options from protein to energy to hydration is great. Please continue to offer these!

As a loyal customer for 10 years, I never had a reason to complain until now. After years of support and accumulating rewards, I discovered that all my points were removed without any warning. They didn’t expire; they were just taken away. It feels like my loyalty meant nothing. When I reached out for assistance, I received no substantial explanation or solution. I’m very disappointed; loyalty should be valued, especially after so long. This experience has drastically changed my perception of the company.
I tried a 40-serving container and initially enjoyed the flavor; it was strong and clean, just as I expected. However, halfway through, the flavor significantly deteriorated. The first half was great, but the second half was nearly flavorless, despite the powder retaining its color. I used the entire tub in about 30 days, which seemed normal, and stored it properly. When I contacted customer service, they were dismissive, stating it’s a food product and that they couldn’t provide guidance. It felt more like blame than support. If a product loses flavor within a normal consumption period, it raises concerns about quality. I have another tub and will continue using it, but I believe I shouldn’t have to shake it just to maintain flavor. I wish my concerns had been taken more seriously.
