Honestly I wasn’t sure what to expect ordering a couch online, especially something this big, but GH2 completely surprised me (in a good way!!). I was kinda hesitant at first because you never really know what you’re getting, but the whole experience ended up being way better than I thought.
From the start their team was actually helpful, not just copy paste replies. I had a bunch of questions about sizing and layout and they actually took the time to help me figure out what would fit my space properly, which I really appreciated.
Delivery was smooth too. Came within the timeframe they told me and everything was packed well. Setup was honestly easier than expected, just followed their video and had it done pretty quick. Didn’t feel complicated at all.
The couch itself is the best part tho. It’s DEEP, super comfy, and literally feels like you can just sink into it after a long day lol. Everyone that comes over ends up saying the same thing. The modular setup is actually super useful too, I’ve already moved it around a couple times depending on how many people are over.
Quality feels solid as well. The fabric is soft but still feels durable, not cheap at all. I also like that the covers come off, makes it way less stressful if anything spills.
Customer service after delivery has been great too. I had a small question and they got back to me fast and sorted it out no problem.
Overall I’m really happy with it. It’s one of those purchases you actually use every single day so it feels worth it. If you’re on the fence, I was too, but I’d def recommend it!!
Amazing quality and comfortable couch. Looks very good in my living room. There was a slight issue with one of the pieces not being delivered but the customer service team was quick on toes to get it resolved.
It is rare these days to come across quality service but when it is observed and received it must be commended. Harshdeep, the representative/liason/muscle went above and beyond to ensure that my product was delivered ASAP - he messaged me directly to coordinate a time for delivery and was punctual - well before the initial delivery date. When you go to buy a product it usually means you need it right at the moment you order it. Upon his arrival he was pleasant, accommodating and stalwart in his craft. The product is everything and more we hoped for and as I type this message I am in extreme comfort laying on said purchased product. I can not recommend this company enough in terms of business and implore readers to not doubt a moment more. By fortuitous happenstance in my research for finding quality furniture I was easily swayed in comparison to competition and I am so happy with my decision. (Purchaser of 5 piece set)
I would never recommend GH2 to anyone.
This isn’t about simply disliking a couch. It’s about the misleading and calculated disconnect between the heavily promoted “risk-free” marketing displayed on every page of their website, and the fine-print reality that is very intentionally not communicated or made clear to the customer.
GH2 confidently advertises a 30-day return, describing the process as “simple, clear, and risk-free,” because “buying a sofa online is a big decision — and we want you to feel completely confident.”
That language is clearly meant to make customers feel safe spending several thousand dollars on an online-only couch they can’t try first.
However, GH2 has been running a continuous, site-wide “sale” for many months, only the name of the sale changes. At the same time, a large banner promoting the 30-day return appears across every single page, even throughout the entire purchasing process.
What is not clearly disclosed at any point is that sale items are not eligible for return, among many other disqualifying criteria that directly contradict what their marketing suggests.
The couch itself was uncomfortable. You can feel the hard wood frame underneath around the edges of each section.
When we contacted them about it, their solution was that we find cushion filling to add to it... after already spending over $3,000 they don't even offer to help. We replied explaining that this felt unreasonable and we received no further response.
No business that's confident in the quality of their products would market something as “risk-free” while structuring it so the risk ultimately falls on the customer.
No company that even remotely values their customers would operate this way either.
I will never make another purchase from this predatory company again and I will make sure everyone I know personally and that follows me on social media knows to avoid GH2 as well.
The couch is amazing! It’s super durable and very comfortable. Ive only had it for a few weeks now but it holds up well with my large family. The dark grey advertised is more black than a dark grey but still exactly what I wanted as I was looking for a darker colour!
The couch we received matched our vision for the basement perfectly. Assembly was straightforward, and it can be easily rearranged to suit different layouts. It's very comfortable. I highly recommend the service to anyone in search of a modular couch!
This is an outstanding product for the cost. Our two small dogs absolutely enjoy the couch, and the covers are incredibly easy to clean, looking fresh after every wash (we opted for a white couch). The material is very comfortable, and the cushion fill is just right, allowing for effortless rearrangement of the couch. The storage ottoman is an added bonus. Perfect for taller individuals too.
