We have used Giant Storage for our Caravan almost 2 years now. They are very prompt in dealing with any concerns such as filling in areas where the caravan wheels sit to make it safer.Hoping the price doesn’t increase again as it has already gone up at least 25 percent since we started storing it there. Apart from that no complaints.
The company employs great staff who really know their jobs well and offer helpful suggestions regarding packing and moving. They visited the house and gave suggestions for how to prepare for the move. They produced several options for me to choose from. They were very responsive to my needs and made the stressful experience of movong much more bearable.
I needed storage when going through a divorce, the team were great and so helpful, they talked me through what size I would need, the quick and easy booking process. I can’t fault them, the storage container was new and very clean, easy access 24/7. I could drive up and unload straight into my container at anytime, what I loved was how easy it all was and how safe I felt. A secure compound, gated access and CCTV. I have had my items stored with them for near on two years and my biggest fear was damp but my items are just as they were when I stored them. I believe this was the great advice they gave me on how to pack my household contents whilst they were stored.
