Review Time
The company failed to fulfill one of my two orders, and the employees did nothing to help locate it. I had placed an order for $1,000 worth of merchandise, but only around $300 worth was shipped. I even had a Will Call order. They unexpectedly froze my funds, claiming it was for fraud. Everything of value didn’t ship, and I spent nine days in Los Angeles waiting. I called and messaged them, pleading to pay in person and collect my items, but they stopped responding to my emails. When I visited in person, they mentioned a special fraud detection system that led to my money being withheld, stating I wouldn’t receive my items or funds. They wanted to hold my money for 5-8 business days, but after enough complaints, it suddenly reappeared within an hour. I just wanted to purchase some items and be on my way.
The service was superb! The ordering process was smooth, and my items arrived in about 10 business days from the time I placed my order, which was great. I’ve always considered Kole Imports & Closeouts my go-to for bulk purchases because of their reliable products and fast service.The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that previous purchases didn’t require a minimum order amount, but now there is a minimum requirement. I had to search for additional items just to meet the minimum, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, I’m very pleased with my overall experience and the quality of service received.
I ordered Blank Note cards with joy. I find so many are shifted to the point I can't use them. They were stacked, so part of the edges have been bent. Making the top layer not able to adhere. For the price, I was able to continue my stress crafting. I did not bother to call them because they don't answer the phone. It needs to be stated for future sales.
I consistently have orders where a handful of items are damaged. THEY CANT FIX them! Yes, they will reimburse me. But what I need are just six more items. I cannot order them because I’m not at the ordering threshold. It’s a huge issue!!
This is my 2nd time ordering from them and I've been really pleased with my experience so far. For some reason the 2nd order's tracking link just sent me to the main usps page so I emailed Saturday asking for assistance and received a new link in a reply first thing Monday. I had seen other reviews saying they had trouble getting a response from customer service before I ever ordered but I didn't have a bit of a problem personally. The only complaint I could think of is the nail polish I ordered in my first order had a decent amount that were totally dried up but it wasn't enough to bother reporting it so I've just steered away from ordering polish from them but otherwise it's been a great experience so far. Here's to hoping it stays that way! Give em a try I would say you'll be glad you did.
