Painted Oxford cut shoes from Gifennse

The product met or exceeded expectations, the shoes were true to size. I only wish they had better delivery options which would have given them a 5 star.

Poor customer service experience

If youre shipping internationally, their 'two day shipping' is more like three weeks, even if their customer service team assures you they can deliver in a few days. After realizing the shoes would be extremely delayed, I needed to modify the delivery with the shipper. Gifennse ensured me the delivery could not be modified, there was nothing they could do. Thankfully I worked with UPS directly to modify the delivery, but this is something Gifennse could have and should have taken care of on my behalf. Very poor experience, I wont be returning.

Excessive delay in deliveries

More than 15 days waiting for the delivery of my shoes. I am still waiting. When I . tried to find out what was going onAutomatic answer responded I have to wait 7-8 more days. There is no way you can tract you order in this websiteI live in Florida, not in Hawaii or Guam. This is unacceptable

You sent the wrong size!I wear a size 10 1/2. Gifennse mailed me a size 7 . Please correct it this . Ship me a size 10 1/2 burgundy.It took over 2 weeks to receive this order and the charge is on my Saks Card .

I ordered shoes from Gifennse and overall I’m satisfied. The design matches the pictures and the fit is good. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but the quality and style make up for it.Customer service very responsive.
