Completely unacceptable shipping experience. I placed my order on December 8th, well in advance for Christmas, and it arrived in Lisbon on December 15th. There was no communication whatsoever regarding delivery or options for me to collect the order (no emails, phone calls, or doorbell rings - I work from home). When I reached out to the support team for updates, they informed me that the shipment was being returned to the original location and would be sent back later. There was no apology or attempt to contact the shipping provider. The seller is responsible for the product until it arrives at my location. This situation is completely unacceptable, and the handling has been even more disappointing.
The shipping process was completely unacceptable. I placed an order on December 8th, which should have allowed time for Christmas delivery, yet it only reached Lisbon on December 15th. There was no communication regarding delivery or pickup options (no emails, calls, or doorbell rings - I work from home). When I inquired about updates, the support team informed me that the shipment was being returned to the original location and would be sent back later. I am extremely disappointed. I placed an order on November 29th, expected to be delivered by December 8th, but by December 9th, there was no tracking update. I contacted the support team via email and received a response offering to send a new order. This new order was dispatched on December 15th with a new tracking number, but unfortunately, the tracking has not been updated since December 19th. I have reached out multiple times, receiving a reply stating we need to wait as the order is now with the post office. This is not an acceptable response. My contract is with the seller, not the post office, so they should be providing a solution instead of ignoring my inquiries. The item was ordered well in advance for Christmas, and it seems unlikely I will receive it in time. I plan to escalate this issue for legal advice.
