The Black Friday event was smooth and enjoyable. The representative did an excellent job promoting it, and the timing and ordering process were straightforward. The discounts were amazing, and I discovered a watch on sale that I had been eyeing for quite a while. I also valued the opportunity to use my points to reduce the price further. Shipping was incredibly quick too. No complaints!
I initially emailed customer service to ask for help finding a watch that was great value and great looking, to celebrate getting my MBA early next year. Marc, himself, actually replied asking for some details and then gave me a bunch of examples. I went through them all and found one I really liked, and will buy once I graduate. In the meantime there was a watch that was on sale, and so I figured I'd check it out. I purchased the Port Jeff as my first Islander watch, and I'm very happy with it. Materials, movement, lume, all of it is great. Marc makes it very hard to look at Seiko or Citizen anymore, because his offerings offer more bang for your buck.
