I purchased my bridal and Walima dress from here. The Walima dress had additional customisation on the picture which was misleading. Then I ordered 199 dollar dress and that came looking completely different to the picture. I paid a hefty price for returning from UK to Pak and their team refused to communicate back about the exchange we agreed on. It is all well having moral views when they suit your agenda but to actually care about your customers shows what kind of a business and person you are. Now that the clothing is becoming increasingly immodest, I am also out.

order a net dress price $262 very poorly stitched , different color and size then shown on website agent in usa omer recognized the defects but many many emails answer from the team , we don't see any defect just iron it will be ok just wandering does CC dispute will help? need help from other customers
She's way too too expensive she's put prices up so so much and does not give any lace any accessories with suit if a suit is 23-25 thousand rupees the stitching and laces on top cost another 20-25 thousand rupees so buying a suit then paying double the price for getting it stitched is unjust to get the design she models is a nightmare for an ordinary person if sime how one try's to put up of all their savings then where can they get another 20-25 for getting it stitched. Its totally unfair she's misusing her brand name
I brought Maria B from USA and always liked their clothes quality, design and looks. I hardly had to contact their customer service as I always got them on time and with free shipping with $300 clothing purchases. One time I did asked them a question where they were rude with me with a generic answer but as soon as I told them I am from USA and made many purchases they were extremely apologetic. I just recently purchased 5 dresses from their winter luxe collection and they’re absolutely gorgeous!
People do not order unstitched suites as they show you full suit with all beads and accessories on.but they only diliver half of the stuff.Also you cannot get through to them to complain or get refund. Please guyz be carefull all scam.i made a big mistake so I'm letting you guyz no.DO NOT ORDER FROM WEBSITE ITS ALL CRAP
I was promised a 50% refund of the tariff amount on September 11, 2025, but after paying for my parcel and asking for the refund, nobody has answered my emails or messages.On top of that, I had to return the order without them providing a return label — something retailers usually do when they want to make returns difficult for buyers. Now all I hear back is “we’ll let you know once we get the return” which is so frustrating and unprofessional.This kind of behavior is unreliable and disappointing. I would not recommend dealing with them.
Hi,We have been old customers of Maria B, but unfortunately, my recent experience might be the last one because it was extremely disappointing. My aunty, who lives in the USA, has always loved wearing Maria B clothes. I ordered a few dresses for her and sent them online but the quality was terrible. The fabric and stitching were very poor, and the sizes were completely off a small size looked like a medium. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
