The service provided was completely unacceptable. I ordered multiple items but only received one. After inquiring, I received two more but the third was still unacknowledged. I was told I hadn't ordered it, despite having paid. I strongly advise against ordering from this company.
Utterly disappointing service and attitude. I ordered multiple items but received only one. After two weeks, I inquired about the missing items and was sent two more. When I followed up on the item still not received, I was told I hadn't even ordered it! Yet my payment has been processed. I do not recommend ordering from this company.
I placed an order for multiple items, and although I was informed about a delay for one, I received confusing notifications suggesting my items were on their way. Eventually, I received duplicates of items I already had, while the originally delayed item arrived late. When I inquired, the response was unhelpful and unprofessional.

Despite being told the missing items were dispatched, weeks later, they still haven't arrived. I've had previous issues with this company and regret ordering again. I suggest dealing directly with other reputable sellers instead.
Due to a website malfunction, my order was duplicated and I was charged twice. Despite my immediate attempts to resolve this, it took 17 days to receive a refund, but they deducted the original high shipping fee. This experience has made me unwilling to shop with any company in this group again.
