Do not use Giftfly or Ackroo. Since the company was bought out by Ackroo, we have so many issues. Sometimes the system works and other times it doesn’t. You are unable to sell the cards, redeem card or check the balance. Although we are autopay, it does not process payment. This caused the system to be inactive due to non payment. When we tried to call to correct any issues, no one ever answers the phone. They asked you to email but no one follows up until after a couple of days. I mean this is urgent when customers need to use the gift cards and the system is not working. So FRUSTRATING!!!!!!
My wife and I sent my sister and her husband a Julep's gift certificate two years ago for their wedding anniversary and they were very, very pleased with the dining experience there. As a result, we wanted to do it again. I'm very pleased with the process of ordering the gift certificates.
