FORMERLY A FAVORITE, NOW A DISAPPOINTMENT

Tasty but Lacking Steak

I bought the pepper steak slice and was excited to try it. It looked good and smelled great. The gravy was lovely, but there were only a couple of small pieces of vegetables and no actual steak. The gravy had some meat strands, but overall it was a letdown. It could be much better.

Disappointed with the New Flavor

I usually keep one of these ready in the fridge. I tried the new Limited Edition Beanz & Cheese and found it lacking. There wasn’t enough cheese; I’d rather just have cheese on toast. No melted cheese oozing out, just a thin layer of beans.

Underwhelming Chicken and Mushroom Pasty

I had a chicken and mushroom pasty which seemed smaller than before. After cooking it in the air fryer, I found the pastry mostly flaky, but there were some undercooked parts. The filling was quite lacking, with no seasoning and a bland flavor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Quality Issues This Time

I bought two pasties for a meal, which I’ve enjoyed in the past, but this time I had to throw them away. I’ve never had trouble before with this food. The meal was overly salty; it seemed like too much seasoning was added. I wasn’t happy and had to prepare another meal. I would appreciate a replacement or refund, as I dislike wasting food.
