Review Time
I wouldn’t give a star if I had option, I made order, just before I place my order I had changed my address, as I have moved. I placed my order and realised it was going to be ordered to my previous address. I emailed them straight away asking for help. They said they were going to cancel my order and escalate it so I could have my parcel go to my new address. Since then, I’ve received next to little/no help since, parcel had not been cancelled and was sent to my previous address. Still no reply to my email, I’ve never had this problem with them before. Very disappointed.. Such a shame tbh.
