If I could give them a minus 1 I would. Received shoes that were obviously worn and returned. Wrote customer service who were extremely patronizing saying they don’t. Sell worn shoes. I sent them a picture of the scuff marks on the right shoe. They had no explanation for the marks except sorry they weren’t in the shape you would expect but you still have to pay a fee to return tg. Total rip off! I will never buy another thing from them. Buyer beware!

Terrible. Unless you're certain of the shoe style and fit, don't buy from them. I purchased from them and the shoes were too narrow so I just returned them thinking it'd be seamless. It's been one month since the shoes have been shipped back and I have not received my money back after countless emails to their customer support. I'm at a lost at how to get my money back!
I recently placed an online order for a pair of Badgley Mischka - Jamila Ankle Strap kitten heel shoes. When I received the shoes, I was terribly disappointed with the quality of the shoe. When I attempted to return the shoes, the company informed me that the shoes are not eligible for a return; because they are a Final Sale. I am additionally disappointed with the shopping experience because the company's website does not clearly state that the shoes are non-refundable or returnable.
Avoid!!!I ordered 2 pairs of shoes totalling £400. Read return policy prior to buying which said return within 30 days for full refund.However when I processed my return online it said £270 will be refunded and BM won’t help me with thisTotally awful!!! Now I’m out £130 and no idea what to do about it They don’t mention this prior to ordering
I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I ordered incorrect size and then was advised to cancel the order, which I did. I received confirmation of the cancellation and informed me that refund was being processed. I then ordered correct size, which arrived. They did not refund the original order. Disputed via credit card, who refunded. I received an email from cc yesterday telling me that they are disputing the refund. I received an email today from MB informing me that they had shipped my order! I checked and this is the order they cancelled and supposedly refunded. Avoid them unless you want to be ripped off!!
Thank you so much for my perfect sandals from shipped from Californië US, all the way to Amsterdam Netherlands , within 2 days. Unbelievable. I usually take a size UK 6.5 or a Eurpean size 39-39.5 . So I was realy confused. So I thought the most accurate think is a measurement in cm and inches. You can not go wrong on that. So my perfect 5cm heel opensandal from Badgley Mischka is 9.5 . And thank you so much customer service via email for helping cancel my order and reordering the perfect size. 🥰 a million thanks.I highly recommend 👌 Badgley Mischka. Beautiful soft and comfy sandals. Perfect for any event.
Products are faulty and of a bad quality. Badgley M. are a scam as they hold no responsibility for VAT costs despite the fact they have IOSS number. My country's customs office checked them and it is clear they should return these costs because I prepaid for it, but they do not care. I would NEVER buy from them again. This is not a serious company. They rob their customers off their money!
Horrific customer service. I ordered two different times and received worn/imperfect shoes. They don't do exchanges for whatever reason making the whole process a nightmare for the customer. They're almost impossible to get ahold of. They respond when they feel like it and don't really care about the customer whatsoever. Waiting for a refund takes an eternity. I wanted shoes for my wedding but will absolutely be using a different company.
