Review Time
The glasses are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Except one arrived broken at the stem. I have sent photos and multiple emails. Also sent a message through their website. No response. Two glasses for 120 bucks plus the import fees, shipping. Now I have just one glass for that amount.
Ordered the Hawaiian glass and through the order process I payed with PayPal it took my money but never finished the order. How is this possible????????I was sending e mails and everything with screenshots of my payment and never got an answer....SCAM!!!!
Ordered an item where I misunderstood the description - no fault of Glasscias - and they were awesome about the return. The glass ordered is very nicely made, just not quite what I thought it was going to be. They're letting me try it out as well so I'm eager to see how I like it. Thanks for a great experience!
