Deceptive practices and poor support

I had to reinstall the app after renewing my subscription, but it wouldn't upgrade automatically and required a registration number. I sought support, but after weeks of back-and-forth and completing various tasks, nothing worked. They claimed privacy restrictions prevented them from accessing my account, leaving me to handle everything. By my fifth attempt, I pleaded for a registration number and resolution, but they ignored my requests and seemed to expect me to purchase a new registration. When I threatened to leave a negative review, they closed my account, keeping my renewal payment. I recommend steering clear of this misleading company.
